Spacious room, ample breakfast, complete with fresh fruit salad, was a highlight of our stay, and the convenient location allowed for easy access to explore the nearby attractions.

It was perfect.

During our stay, we appreciated the incredible breakfast spread, which had a variety of options to fuel our mornings. The friendly staff made us feel more at home, and the spa experience was delightful after long days exploring. The location is a bit isolated, requiring a drive into town for dinner, but that didn’t overshadow our overall enjoyment. Our room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay for our family getaway.

Dining at the hotel was a mixed bag, but shoutout to the breakfast buffet's spread—smoothies and fresh fruit salad had me buzzing! Also, the spa's complimentary hour was a delightful twist! Total score for wellness vibes.

On the flip side, the receptionist was a bit of a downer. she acted like we were intruders for thinking the pool was still open. Plus, we found the restaurant and other facilities closed, which was a bummer and left us driving into town for a meal.

i had a great time at this hotel. it really exceeded my expectations with its fantastic breakfast spread and friendly atmosphere. my previous stay in aranjuez was nice, but this place made me feel more at home and welcome.

The breakfast buffet features a variety of options, including fresh fruit salad and plant-based milk, catering well to dietary preferences. Ample parking is available, and the location is conveniently only five minutes off the A4, making it ideal for business travelers needing to access nearby areas.

The receptionist's demeanor was unwelcoming, and the amenities were not as advertised, leading to some frustration.

the occidental has a lovely outdoor pool that’s perfect for relaxation. the spacious rooms are super comfy, and the breakfast spread is delightful with fresh fruit, meats, and great coffee. one standout feature is the excellent service, which makes you feel right at home. also, the wellness center offers professional therapists who provide great treatments, ensuring a refreshing experience.

Relaxing spa and friendly atmosphere

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room, and the spa facilities truly elevated my experience with their variety of pools and treatments. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight, boasting a range of delicious options from fresh fruits to cooked dishes. The only downside was that the gym facilities could use some updates.

good location but missing some details

The restaurant offered a varied menu with fair pricing, and the parking availability was ample. I appreciated how clean the rooms were upon arrival.

There were little things that could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a lovely spa, and 24-hour reception. I remember how helpful the staff were in guiding me to shopping spots during my first stay. I can't wait to return for a weekend!

Had a great time with friends during our trip. We enjoyed attractions at Warner Park and explored beautiful paths leading to the city center. The gym and variety of breakfast options were impressive. I recommend checking spa availability before arrival to secure a spot.

Sadly, our experience at the bar was disappointing due to the rude behavior of one waiter who refused to address our concerns about wine prices.
